How does Piniti Delivery work?
We now only deliver inside Thakurgaon by our own delivery men.
Deliveries work differently depending on where you want the item to be delivered and we help to get the faster delivery.
Thakurgaon Town
We deliver across the Thakurgaon Town by our own delivery man done within 24 hours.
Piniti Office Pickup
If you order any product and want to pick up from our office, then you can do that but we request you to call our Hotline- 01975-348509 to confirm the stock. Once we confirm you can pick up your order from Piniti’s offices between 10 AM to 6 PM, Everyday.
How long will my delivery take?
As now we deliver only inside Thakurgaon, we do deliver within 24 hours after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it can take up to 2 to 3 working days or more in that case we will update by email or over phone call.
Note Most of our products we keep in stock and we usually dispatched on the same day [if the order placed the order and get confirmed before 5 PM]. If an order is placed after 5 pm, it will usually be dispatched the next day.
Do you charge for delivery- What’s the charge?
Yes, we charge for the shipping charge but It depends on where you want the item to be delivered and the amount of your single order. If your order amount more than BDT 10,000 it will be FREE of charge.
Thakurgaon Town:
We deliver across the Thakurgaon Town mostly within 24 hours. If your order is over BDT 10,000 in value and less than 2 kg in weight, your delivery will be free. If your order may be outside these bounds, you will be quoted for delivery on checkout.
Some exceptions may apply in terms of which items can be picked up. Give us a call on 01975-348509 to confirm the schedule of the Office Pickup.
How will I know if my order has been dispatched?
We’ll send you an email as soon as your order has been confirmed and dispatched from our warehouse. We keep our all client posted about their package to avoid any delay to deliver the items. Keep watching your phone calls or SMS to get the item delivered to you.
What do I do if I’ve placed an order and need to change my delivery details?

If your order has already been dispatched, we will unfortunately not be able to change any delivery details.
